      Do people really believe these numbers? Are they so gullible to think we know exact counts in Iran? Or that other governments accurately track this?

      Al Jazeera numbers might not be accurate. Trump numbers are almost certainly inaccurate.

      The unfortunate outcome of both the Ukraine-Russia war and what’s being done to Iran is that a nuclear triad is the only real guarantee of sovereignty. The good thing is, attempting to become a nuclear power is a thorny road not for the faint of heart, as we are seeing today.

      Overall I am still hopeful, but in a way Iran is a self fulfilling prophecy, so is Ukraine. Both f*cked around and found out. I know many people won’t like this equivalence, but it’s exactly right. This is the American version of „demilitarization“.
