What map should I create next?
Japan is a big surprise.
I feel like you need a lot more granularity towards the ends of the scale, because there’s a very big difference between countries like Thailand, the UAE, India, Syria, Malaysia and Indonesia (<5:1, ~6:1, ~6:1, ~7:1, ~7:1 and ~8:1 Muslims:Christians respectively) and countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Maldives, Yemen, Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey etc. (Pakistan is ~70:1, Yemen is ~95:1, the rest are >200:1) but they’re all basically indistinguishable from one another on this map
You should do the Asia overall (provinces too tbh)
But still, finally good mapporn

Chhattisgarh has equal number of Christians and Muslims.
This is an incredibly bisexual set of maps
Could you use green for Islam next time? Just standard as a vllour to represent it on other maps, making for easier reading
If Taiwan is also broken down by political divisions, I think the Eastern part and Nantou would be more Christian since they have more aboriginal peoples percentage wise, whereas the Western part would be more Islamic since there are KMT vets who are Muslims living in the urban areas. However, the majority of Taiwanese people follow Buddhism or folk religion.
So Muslims correlate with poverty?
What about North Korea? I see it is marked as leaning Christian, but wouldn’t both populations be practically zero there anyway?
Bro didn’t add Sarawak and Sabah region
There’s a good portion christian there too
And maybe Selangor probably
Indonesia is interesting. It’s considered a muslim country but it’s only so because Java is mostly muslim and has over half of the Indonesian population.
Here’s why we’re clean. Pulled this off in 1427.
“The followers of Islam (the Huihui) wear clothing and headgear that are different from others. When people see them, they regard them as not of our kind and are ashamed to marry them. Since they are already people of our country, they should follow our national dress and not distinguish themselves with different attire; then naturally, intermarriage will occur. Moreover, the ritual prayers and blessings performed by the Huihui during the Grand Court Assemblies should also be discontinued.”
All complied with this.
“回回之徒, 衣冠殊異, 人皆視之, 以爲非我族類, 羞與爲婚。旣爲我國人民, 宜從我國衣冠, 不爲別異, 則自然爲婚矣。且回回大朝會祝頌之禮, 亦宜停罷。皆從之。” — 조선왕조실록 (Sejong Sillok Volume 36 / 9th Year, 4th Month, 4th Day) → https://sillok.history.go.kr/popup/viewer.do?id=kda_10904004_004&type=view&reSearchWords=%ED%9A%8C%ED%9A%8C&reSearchWords_ime=%ED%9A%8C%ED%9A%8C
