      So they just bombed a dam to stop Ukrainian supply to Kostiantynivka, and now theyre using white phosperous with civilians even still in the city? Fucking Christ almighty, theyre really ramping up their war-crime-ometer, those aftermath pictures are horrendous

      I dont even know what theyre planning with the dam burst, sure Kostiantynivka cant be supplied by Ukraine but I doubt that will do wonders for any potential Russian advances towards Kramatorsk

      You can clearly see that this area had no residents in a while. Looks like all the other villages where fighting is going on
