Yes, but it’s going to need more than that. The ‘Armed to the teeth’ is what happens after the war, as deterrence.

To end the war, Russia needs to at least partly collapse. Be that partly financial, partly logistical, so that they have no option but to end fighting. Putin won’t stop for anything else.

***And*** actually dismantle Russian energy infrastructure, forcing Russia’s friends around the world to wean off Russian supply and find substitutes, rather than *just threatening to* dismantle it.

Threats won’t terminate the remaining global Russophilia weakening Ukraines alliance and working to isolate rather than strengthen it. But kinetic action that ends the business arrangement at the core of Russian soft power absolutely will.

Build more Sapsans, Flamingos, Maguras and Sea babies than Russia has wells, pipelines, pumping stations, refineries, loading terminals and transports, and keep launching them until Russia stops being able to rock up to a business deal with an energy product in hand.

Armed to the teeth **and** take away their big global lever.
