      I miss when “The Beaverton” was satire and exaggerated fiction. It’s just basic (although absurd and bizarre) facts these days.

      Despite egging on the >! #FUCKTRUDEAU!< movement, Poil actually made Trudeau look good by comparison.

      Who could remotely possibly be the conservative party’s Carney? Do they even have someone better than Stephen Harper?

      Justin Trudeau was Prime Minister for almost a decade, is connected to some policies that people will like down the line, revived the Liberal Party from third place, and has a 3-0 election record.

      Poilievre blew a 30 point lead, lost his seat, and is bordering on being the first opposition leader to gift the government a majority just from defections.

      Poilievre would sacrifice almost everything to be the conservative Justin Trudeau.

      I honestly can’t understand why the cons still back this guy, especially voters. They are so blinded by their abject hate for Trudeau, who’s been gone a while now.

      Fucking get over it and get some better leadership so the whole country is stronger for it.

      Quit treating politics like a fucking team sport, especially when your team blew it in the big game.

      Anyone who thinks Pierre „I ate an apple once on camera and that makes me big tough man“ Polievre is the answer is delulu at best.

      He couldn’t even win his own riding let alone the big chair.

      He’s a has-been that’s really *really* teetering on never-was category. Besides his „massive backing“ all conservatives seem to think exists outside of Alberta/West Canada

      I used to say this unironically for years and people would get **so** mad at me for making the comparison.

      I’m glad we’ve finally all accepted Trudeau sucked too.
