Crazy, Japan usually isn’t know for vigilantism. Extorting a criminal isn’t necessarily morally in the clear either – at the end of the day, they’re ignoring the victim for personal gain.

i saw a video on twitter where some guy cornered an upskirt creep by chasing him out onto the street. he followed the creep for like 15 minutes, telling him to go to the koban together. the creep offered to buy the video footage from him lol
