I’ve been reading more and more about how beneficial Shinrix is. Reduced dementia risk, reduced inflammation. Is it possible to get it out of pocket in the US if under 50? I’d take this vaccine today!

I don’t see it mentioned in this article but there is evidence that the dementia related benefits are due to it being a AS01-adjuvanted vaccine, and it is also seem in the RSV vaccine that uses the AS01 adjuvant. [Here is a paper](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41541-025-01172-3) exploring this further.
