      There’s already millions of vacant houses in shinagawa alone, no one wants to touch them with a 10 foot pole. When will this country just accept society is failing on all ends.

      Here in Japan nobody wants a used house. We prefer new. It is prohibitively expensive to tear down an old house and dispose of it so they just sit vacant until a developer wants it.
