    This is good to hear.

Anyway, I think it’s best to just skip using „dispatching companies“ if you want to work in Japan.

Oh dear NOVA, does that mean I can’t legally clean your air conditioning units and wipe the dust of the glass doors in my suit and tie?

This is one thing I like (which I can’t say much when it comes to recent foreigner-targeted changes).

There was a shitty Eikaiwa (redundant, I know) I worked at when first coming to Japan, and on a day that students didn’t show up for class, the branch manager went and grabbed a bucket and some cleaning supplies and told me to clean the bathroom. I objected, for obvious reasons, and it became like this big fight. But yeah they did that kind of stuff all the time.

„Since classes are short today, you’ll also help the owner’s mother move into her new house“ etc.
