      Considering how well our country works relative to most others in the world, we should be fairly supportive and confident in its institutions.

      Due to assorted lies flying around these days, that’s not as much the case as it should be.

      Thankfully, we have the U.S. as an example of how things can be worse (Mexico is also helping us out in recent days, where a lot of Canucks have actually been in person as well).

      We’ve got it good here people. Let’s keep it that way.

      No need to get complacent and not demand better (looking at the health care system everywhere. Like FFS. Get it together people!!!), but still.

      Talk to some recent immigrants and ask them about how things are run where they come from. For the most part, you’ll be glad you live here. Maybe read some international news about everywhere else. Or look at all the country comparisons on a whole range of measures: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_rankings_of_Canada (here’s a start. Remember there’s about 200 countries in the world).

      Anyways.

      ‚Nuff said about that. No one is listening anyways.
