To be fair, my wife had a CT scan done and it said her pancreas was ‘normal’. She had her pancreas removed a few years before the CT scan. Doctors can be guilty of using boilerplate sometimes.

So I actually posted this in another sub and was kindly corrected. The wording in the lab stuff is medical boilerplate that goes on all lab results for this regardless of if a subject has a prostate or not. The email conversation where he discusses not having a prostate is, if you read the whole thing, a hypothetical or indeterminate you (using you have instead of one has). There also don’t seem to be other files indicating Epstein had prostate cancer.
All that said, if you look at the medical report, it describes his genitalia as normal. Based on survivor reports, we know he had a deformed penis and urethra. So it still looks like it was likely not him, though not because of the prostate stuff.
I was not aware that he had his prostate removed. Does anyone have that document link? When was that surgery? There’s a pretty long recovery from that surgery.
