If Russia cannot generate enough manpower for a Summer offensive then thats surely pretty much it, manpower is the one serious advantage Russia has. If they can’t maintain continuous pressure then all the tactics Ukraine has developed to wipe out assault waves can just as easily be used to wipe out low quality defenders on mass as falling pressure allows for stockpiling.

Especially as keystone parts of the Russian economy can be expected to start outright failing around the Summer, which is going to make their current war shortages look like the time of plenty.
