How bad will the Russian military have to get before they actually stop supporting the system? I am flabbergasted that they don’t overthrow their officers and the government.

I understand that these guys are just fodder to probe Ukrainian lines, but is there any logic behind not giving them even barely adequate levels of food (besides from the superiors pocketing the allocated funds)? Like you would want your infantry to at least be able to rush a defensive position to get some useful information, if they’re malnourished, there isn’t much they can do. Or is it another stupid control to keep the lower enlisted from rising up (while also completely fucking their army)?
And yet these morons will keep on fighting for russia. They won’t try to surrender, they won’t fight back. They just march forward and die under Ukrainian drones and machine guns.
