The free coffee refills in the 2010s brought the ba-chans in the door, but they came in a group, bought one donut, one coffee and sat there all damn day.
I remember when I used to go there, the staff would make the rounds and ask people if they wanted their coffee topped up. Old grannies with no damn shame would run up to the counter and demand a refill while the staff was _serving a customer._
Shit was out of hand.
Huh. I somehow always assumed it was a Japanese company.
Surprised to hear this. I would often see queues out of the door for those stores.
