    2. Thing is, I’m in favour of retaliation but there must be better options than reciprocal tariffs that will just hurt our businesses more.

      These tariffs expire in 5 months if Congress don’t approve them, right?

      I’m guessing we will wait it out to see what happens before deciding how to respond.

    4. The tariffs change, and yet Trump threatens countries to not back out of the deals agreed to get the old tariff rates.

      We absolutely should not stick to the previous agreement if the US are changing the terms.

      I think we just need to accept that a trade deal with the US is worthless under Trump and start focusing the big money towards Europe instead.

      We will do nothing. Because we can’t. Because we sacrificed self suffiency on the altar of globalism.

    11. This time do the sensible thing, don’t be the first nation to break ranks and cut a deal. Just needs to be coordinated action from every nation Trump has pissed off.

      Just tear up all agreements made with Trump. He won’t honour them, why the hell should we?
