Thats why baltics are building fences and placing mines near the border against twisted cross lovers.

    I visited Denmark in 2019.

I am from NZ, so the green fields with sheep felt familiar. The complete lack of hills or mountains in the distance was weird though.

I do find it funny that New Zealand is named after Zeeland in the Netherlands, which is quite flat and has a highest point of 54 metres. We have hills 10 times higher than that, and mountains nearly 70 times higher!

  3. What definition of a mountain was used here? Belgium and Lux dont have mountains either in my opinion.

Finland also does not have any mountains. We have a fjälls, which to my knowledge are the reminants of ancient mountains eroded down to their core. Basically just big rocky hills.

Isn’t this pretty subjective. I’d say anything over 1000 meters is a mountain but that’s just what I think :/

Our maximum elevation in Luxembourg is 560m. According to OP that’s a mountain. Fuckin sweet 👌🫡⛷️💪

I’ll admit some ignorance here. I always assumed Denmark was fairly mountainous.i love geography and maps so its always nice to be wrong and learn something new

Erm, Estonia’s highest point is 317 meters from the sea level, no idea where they got the 304 meters from.
