Crazy that Canadian tax payers are playing for religious run Healthcare facilities.
Honestly this seems a bit sensationalized.
He was in that particular hospital for end of life care, and then decided that he wanted to actually end his life, which is fine. The facility he was at did not provide MAID so he would have to goto a different facility.
There are many non-catholic facilities that do not provide maid all across Canada. Saying it was a “catholic” facility in Alberta is just done to rage-bait.
