    Maybe he could do a humanitarian mission for the people of Clacton next?

    Given it costs about $220,000–$250,000 to charter a jet for that kind of trip (5000 miles each way), it makes you wonder just who is funding him and why?

    Renowned ‚man of the people‘. How he gets away with it needs studying.

    Two questions because I don’t have the details;

    Did he apply for a permit?

    Did he actually have a flight/boat booked to go from the Maldives to Diego Garcia before he flew to the Maldives?

    Actually three questions;

    Did he travel to Chagos and get turned around, or could he not find anyone willing to take him?

    Say what you want about Farage, he’s quite the character and prankster! His charisma and political brain is really quite admirable. He’ll make a great PM one day. I’m a real fan from here in the States.

    Well come on you don’t expect Nigel to fly with the proletariat do you even flying first class is a little to close to common people for our Nigel.

    It does appear his little jaunt has blown up in his face a bit which is always gratifying to see.

    How the fuck can this cunt even have that much money? He’s never actually achieved anything significant in his career (in a positive way)

    Does it matter how much the plane cost? Surely the cost of the flight matters more?

  9. In other news average Joe flies in a $230 million commercial jet 10’000 miles just for a holiday.

    Every one does this. The best been Hollywood actors flying to cannes etc. Then saying save the planet and you should fly less

    Isn’t he MP for Clacton? Is Clacton on the Chagos islands? Could someone from Reform help me understand please?

    F*rage courting publicity for clicks, works every time, this one has backfired because he looks like what he is, a big embarrassing joke. Journalists should asking him who funded the trip and why was it so badly organised.

    Having seen a stunt show or four over the years, let me just say, Evel Knievel was much, much, better.

    To be fair to Mr Farage, motorbike stunts are nearly always better than political ones, though Ed Davey does try to blur the line slightly

    > The British government are applying pressure on the president and the government of the Maldives to do everything within their power to stop me getting on that boat and going to the Chagos Islands.

    Maybe that’s cos you don’t have a reason to be there Nige.

    You’re not in government. You’re not in the Foreign Office. You’re not an envoy or ambassador, you’re not a diplomat.

    You’re a local MP who’s place is in Clacton representing your constituents

  15. I alreany know he is a cunt, I just wish his idiot supporters would realise this fact
