  1. Must be why there’s been reports of cars being burned on the streets of Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara.

Reading on some discussion servers that this apparently is going to lead (and has done) to absolute chaos in Mexico?

  4. The good: this guy truly did not deserve to roam free.

The bad: there’s probably another guy taking his place as we speak.

The ugly: the armed unrest in Jalisco and other areas due to this.

I am reading news in other subs that flights to PVR are being diverted to other airports because the airport in Puerto Vallarta has been shutdown because of the unrest. And tourists are under lockdown. yikes!

I’ve said for years Mexico is capable of putting an end to the cartels if only they had the political will to do so. The cartels have weapons but the Mexican military will always be bigger and stronger.

Kill the leaders. Kill the lieutenants and soldiers who try and exact retribution. Make them unprofitable. Ultimately they’re a business. They’re willing to kill because business has been profitable. Take away their ability to make and keep money, and they will have a hard time recruiting new blood.

  8. It had to be just a couple of hours ago and there are already battles, shootings, and roadblocks in at least Jalisco and Reynosa. Shit is going to get bad.

He was detained then killed, he was probably going to cooperate with the US. Jalisco has set a 1 pm martial law. Everyone stay inside, be safe.

  10. My dad is an expat living in PV. He sent me some pics of smoke and cars burning. Crazy.

  11. Returning from vacation and currently flying into GDL airport right now. Cant drive down to my town which is 1.5 hrs away. Ill be stuck in GDL for who knows how long

Guys this is huge, he was the head of the biggest cartel. And they not only got him, they caught some of the biggest people on that cartel

The cartels will retaliate big time. There a lot of reports and rumors that they are gonna start killing civilians at 1 pm. We are all afraid in Jalisco

  13. I live around the state this sack of crap used to crime around, and as i’m writting this they are burning convenience stores and pharmacies in retaliation.

I don’t know what gas station sushi did to these guys, but they are pissed.

  14. oh wow, this is a big one. this dude has basically been the top cartel guy in mexico for like a decade or more. been reading about him for years.
