Ich habe viele Orte im Internet gesehen, an denen ein einzelnes monochromes Bild der Venus als Venus in Echtfarben ausgegeben wurde. Ansonsten konnte ich kein einziges Bild der Venus finden, das nicht Licht außerhalb des sichtbaren Bereichs enthielt. Also habe ich Rohbilder der Venus von MESSENGER in 433 nm, 559 nm und 629 nm heruntergeladen und sie zusammengesetzt, um schließlich diese ungefähre Echtfarbenansicht der Venus zu erstellen.

When I was a kid, what was under those clouds felt like the ultimate mystery. And then it wasn’t. Still, crazy cool.
