Mel Gibson is a scumbag, his Passion of Christ movie sucks and reduces Jesus Christ to torture porn. I know Francis had his faults, be he was a step foward compaired to his ultra conservative predecessors. Hes was a good pope.
This is really the best possible news because the more batshit this movie is the more entertaining it will be. There’s no reason to watch it outside of being an absurd document of a man’s monumental ego and personal psychosis.
Is Jim Cavizel coming back for it? Or is he still off “rescuing children”?
Can’t wait to see a chain smoking, alcoholic, bigoted version of the resurrection. Sounds like great fun.
