      I often “joked” that the Republicans all had the shame centers in their brains surgically removed by noted brain surgeon Ben Carson.

      It would explain the way they’ve been acting, and can you think of any other reason they’d let Ben hang around the party?

      Trump, of course, comes by his shamelessness naturally. But like the „Mar a Lago face“ that all the GOP ladies are sporting these days, some Republicans may have wanted a little surgical help to better fit the shameless ideal.

      Shame is felt from it being around you. They’ve isolated themselves from humanity so much, so that they don’t have to feel shame.

      Also the entire media apparatus that constantly appeases the naked Emperor while holding Democrats to an impossible standard – paradoxically in the name of „fairness“ is apparently impolite to call a rapist pedophile a rapist pedophile just because he happens to be a big political figure.

      How are we still making articles like this? How are people getting by while still being this naive?

      Republicans haven’t „lost“ anything. This has always been nothing but a game to them, and shame has never been part of the winning strategy. All this type of pearl-clutching does is make them *laugh*, because they know they’re on a completely different level while so many of you mfs remain completely clueless to how this shit really works.

      Since Trump began his second term, Trump has:

      * Created a government agency (DOGE) that has essentially looted and shut down large sections of the federal government.
      * Began imposing random tariffs on US allies in an attempt to manipulate the stock market and coerce and bully those allies into doing what he wants.
      * Created a concentration camp system consisting of homegrown facilities like Alligator Alcatraz and foreign black sites and prisons.
      * Began „mass deportations“ that violently round up anyone who seems non white and disappears them into this concentration camp system without due process.
      * Sent heavily armed ICE agents and troops into Democratic controlled cities as an obvious intimidation tactic against protestors.
      * Kidnapped the leader of Venezuela and took control of that country’s oil industry.
      * Demanded Canada become the 51st state and threated to invade Greenland, angering and alienating every single one of the US’s traditional allies.
      * ICE agents, who have been carrying out Trump’s mass deportations have twice brutally murdered citizens whose only crime was questioning why all this is happening.
      * Has falsely claimed he ended numerous wars and demanded he be given the Nobel Peace Prize and is hinting he might grant himself the US’s highest and most revered military award, the Medal of Honor. All despite the fact Trump has done nothing to qualify for or deserve either award. And, also:
      * Has began openly plotting to subvert the 2024 midterm elections and has promised his followers that they will „never have to vote for him again“.

      And these are just the highlights, and don’t get me started on the Epstein scandal. Americans need to realize that their President, Donald Trump, has gone completely, batshit insane. If Congress and the courts do not do their duty and remove Trump from office, it is no exaggeration, to say that Trump is going to trigger a bloody civil war, or start World War III.

      I’ve been warning people of this part for nearly 2 decades and got pushback I wasnt being nuanced about the party attacking the poor, vulnerable, and marginalized for longer than 2 decades. They were upfront about their lack of empathy, pro-billionaire and corporation agenda and some were vocal about fascism long before it was here. Why it took full blown fascism when this party was fighting for kids not to be fed but to be married off to grown men, gays to be killed, and homeless and disabled to simply die is beyond me

      2/3 of American voters either supported or were completely ambivalent to a 2nd Trump term.

      Americans need to stop pretending this isn’t who they are. This is exactly who they are.

      Pretty sure the last three nominees from the DNC and the last two primaries plus the lack of one in 2024 are a pretty clear demonstration that the DNC has no shame either.

      But sure, let’s act like „the status quo, but a little worse“ vs „the status quo but much worse“ is a real free and fair election.
