Carney can save money by just going to the riding and speaking to the constituents. Save the money to bury Pierre in a general in a few months.
There’s nothing stopping the bloc from contesting the other 2 Ontario ridings, so you can’t say it’s unfair.
The solution to the issue is already in the article. If the Bloc wants to take it, they can. The situation is already very unusual.
