If I were Carney, I would call the two Toronto byelections that they’re expected to easily win first and then have the Terrbonne byelection happen by itself a week or two later. That way the Liberals will be just one seat away from a majority and the voters in Terrebonne will be aware that their riding quite literally holds the balance between majority and minority government, which could give the Liberals the edge they need to pull out a win in this typically Bloc riding.
