Interesting that Jeneroux was part of the shadow cabinet for Pierre. So obviously this was more than the usual floor crossers of a Red Tory per say.

I don’t know that kind of sounds like elections to me.
I don’t think I would like to rely on a majority of exactly one vote. This is not a recipe for long term stability. Even a majority of 2 or 3 seats is fairly unstable
