Allthough propably fine, If you want higher quality, look for creapure. They don’t sell directly but you can buy it at many online stores.

It isn’t less (un)safe than the expensive stuff…

Action does import a lot of stuff from China and similar and they did have recalls in the past for unsafe products being sold (but which supermarket hasn’t faced recalls?). In theory it should be as (un)safe as the expensive stuff. Expensive stuff can also be sourced as cheaply as possible (just look at the recent problems with babyfood, a premium product using the cheapest possible, Chinese ingredients.)

What expensive stuff ranging 20-50€ do you talk about? XXL nutrition is 9€/250gr

    4. I’m not really willing to risk it, supplements from Amazon or discount stores

I’d go with iHerb and buy Thorne, which is 3rd party tested

    5. The effectiveness and cleanliness/purity of the product may not be as high as creatine monohydrate that was produced by Creapure. But IMO, if you’re just starting out it’s probably fine to use off-brand stuff.

On the other hand, if you want maximum purity, lowest risk of contaminants, and EU-pharma grade standard, then you’ll want Creapure.

You’ll need to weigh out the options against each other and decide what is best for you 🙂 Realistically, either is probably fine.
