Yes, that soldier from 0:30-0:39 is wearing a T-Shirt, Adidas-style trackpants, and a helmet. As I’ve said millions of times, the junta generally has poor uniform discipline in contrast to the rebels. Fresh conscripts tend to wear full uniforms.
The junta is also distinguished by the [camo pattern](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myanmar_Army#/media/File:2021_Myanmar_Armed_Forces_Day_16.jpg); they did not copy the Russians in adopting multicam uniforms. The rebels do wear multicam, though.
The man’s situation makes me anxious and fearful while the music manifests a feeling of physical stimulation.
