      I have to say I am absolutely shocked at how well the movie did.

      The only ones buying tickets are idiots. Hence all the marvel/dc/disney garbage being made.

      Absolutely. I always disregard critics reviews because they almost never reflect how enjoyable a movie actually is.

      Didn’t she just star in a remake of a film based on a book that nobody asked for, and nobody saw?

      Does anyone really make movies specifically to satisfy critics ?

      Most people who don’t make commercial movies do it because they are passionate about that genre and they are good in that area of filmmaking.
