Well, if that’s not an advertisement to support your local butchers I don’t know what is.

That’s dinner for the week sorted!
I’ve considered buying a mincer but I can’t justify it. I love making huge batches of chilli and freezing it.
      Taco fries on tap!

It looks like a little feller in profile – he’s screaming because you’re squeezing his head. JESUS WEPT JUST LET ME GO

Is it weird I can picture this guy’s face and body type just based on this image?

    5. I’m a butcher and tbh that’s a very lean piece of beef. For something like a stroganoff or indeed for a stew I would recommend something more marbled with more collagen to make a richer sauce and juicy meat. Try some rib cap meat or short rib. Sirloin is better used as a steak cooked medium rare.

    6. Recently converted to the butcher for this reason, poor quality meat at high prices! The butchers actually turned out cheaper and it is way better quality!

    7. I’m no vet, but gimme a set of paddles and I think I could still save it!

    8. Jeysus. I wouldn’t eat that much meat in 2 months😂

You’d wrap that around some ones waist.

    9. Sirloin? As a butcher of 15 years, that’s not a sirloin. It’s a slice of chump/rump.

      Edit – typo
