These would all be great things if they happened, but it’s also an entirely naive list of demands that (imo) isn’t going to help people take the EU seriously as a peace broker.
Russia could end the war without agreeing to any of these concessions, if it wanted. These are the type of terms you dictate if Ukraine was on the precipice of conquering Russia, and even then Russia likely doesn’t agree.
Giving Kallas some credit I’m guessing this move is entirely about EU image with no expectation this has any effect on the conflict.
