Probably from the start , but not much, but as years go by they find out how much they can get away with , which has snowballed into what is happening now.

For me personally, I would say somewhere between 2016-2020. It took a while for me to fully open my eyes.
I suspected it since high school in ‘92 when I did a book report on Jim Garrison’s “On the Trail of the Assassins.” Fast forward to 9/11 and going down those rabbit holes confirmed it. My childhood was one of abuse and knowing from a very early age that authority figures in my life couldn’t be trusted. I was practically born to be a cynic and a skeptic.

2000 into 2001… 9/11, specifically WTC7, ripped my blinders off.
2004, I took a college course about South American history and the US’s influence/involvement. It was shocking. Around 2009 I realized about 9/11 and didn’t sleep for 2 weeks straight.

2008. The crash. And I started looking into conspiracy theories. And I’ve just binged on stuff for years
When I read CIA and The Cult of Intelligence and found out the U.S. Government was over throwing democratically elected governments of foreign countries for international corporations. I seriously was so outraged after I read that and then I went around thinking this was knowledge that everyone else had but I was wrong, I was labeled a conspiracy theorist and mocked.

My freshman year of high school, 2003. Did a history project on the assassination of JFK. Redpilled the fuck out of myself after it got me to dig into everything else.
That’s a good question. At some point in my adult life I acknowledged corruption was part of the country. However until COVID came through I had no idea it was basically what our country runs on.
2007. I moved to Chicago and dealt regularly with the Politicians. Learned how dirty they were and how much money they were making off of scamming the tax payers. Changed my views completely when it came to politics and especially Illinois Politicians. Lying thieves that were backed by dirty money and controlled the local news and news papers.
when i was 14, in 2015. i stopped eating meat when i learned about the agriculture industry & how the government accepts lobbyists money to keep laws in place that allow corporations to feed us poison essentially. this led me into learning all the ways our government accepts money to allow corporations to destroy us / our planet.
somehow my public north texas school teachers taught us a LOT about capitalism being bad, the darker sides of our food system, racist history, corrupt laws that used to be legal, psychology of cults, our corrupt justice systems, corruption in schools, climate change, we even had a “ gay straight alliance “ club for all sexualities. my teachers were awesome. i bet a lot of the books and documentaries we were given in school wouldn’t be allowed now.
i read a book in my senior english class called “sold” by patricia mccormick. this led me down a rabbit hole on youtube about sex trafficking- that’s when i discovered Epstein. in 2015. i had NO idea who Trump was until this discovery either
when i was 12 was the first time i discovered Omegele video chat & it’s all grown men masterbating to kids- i knew that if i could see this, the police could see it also- so i wondered why the police aren’t arresting these people… that was a big moment i started to connect the dots that the people in charge aren’t protecting us.
Right before I watched us bomb Iraq after 9/11, I knew deep down I was watching something horrible to very likely innocent people. Everyone cheered it on and it felt very dark.
I suspected 2001 after the news kept saying Iraq had wmd’s. Something felt off. Then the story that they killed Bin Laden and threw him in the ocean.
After Bin Laden story. I started thinking the government is corrupt, but idk exactly how. Then the genocide in gaza made me start digging into Israel. Now I know who, how, and why.

Main blame can take My Dad, My innocents was fucked pretty much when I was four.
Not in the secual sense of course, just overall what I’ve seen in the family, on TV, what’s going on on the News.
Ugh, certainly one thing I won’t do as a parent is, have the news on, for fuck sakes, leave them kids have a few years of blissfull ignoracence before You shower them about what miserable fuckhole of a shitshow this entire realm is!

2008. Was in high school. buddy of mine first introduced me to the Tupac/biggie conspiracies. Then I watched loose change. On and on down the rabbit hole I went and that was that.
Some days I’m glad I was introduced to it. Some days I wish I never was and I could just live obliviously. It’s a gift and a curse.

1994 was the first time I noticed the mainstream media lie on air so that was my first step into this world.

have always sort of knew but two points that stand out is when i found out what circumcision even was because i did not know i was circumcised and when i found out it was common in this country later on because it is ridiculous we allow that and it is even legal.

No weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
Early to mid 90s. I realized in highschool that by the time anyone obtained enough power within the system to change the system they would be so corrupted by the system that they would never change the system.
