Anywhere in Inuit Nunangat yes of course but I’m not sure how you could even approach finding the necessary workforce speaking Inuktitut across the country
I know a lot of people fly south to Ottawa or Winnipeg for serious medical care & I sure hope the hospitals there have at least interpreters on staff if not some nurses/doctors that speak it
