Awesome to see things moving in the right direction. They are making progress.
Maybe the Azerbaijani representative speaks Russian because it’s an Armenian news medium? So people only understand it if they hear Armenian or Russian.
Or am I mistaken about the news medium? That would be my guess.
I think it is because Armenian side doesn’t have an interpreter who speaks Azerbaijani. Probably Armenian delegations’ speech is also interpreted into Russian.
