NYC Rent Heat Map [OC]

I like the idea of a map that highlights relative rent prices. Just glancing at the site, it seems like this rent is based on 1BDR but I didn’t see it listed anywhere unless I’m missing it? Would be cool to have the ability to change by bedroom at minimum. Also, what period does this draw on?

wow the way social media is I just assumed all rent in NYC was like $3500 or more for a 1 bed.
