As an artist, 2 things stand out to me:
The center of the human eye typically lines up with the corner of the mouth, vertically, and though hers usually do, they don’t in this picture; the mouth is too wide.
Also, the center of the eyes is supposed to line up with the top spot where the ears attach to the head, horizontally. Again, hers typically do, but not in this image.
