We all know that there are lots of people like this.
But there are also many who have a good  education and realistic expectations. The former is probably also not very successful in his home country.

    2. What he says has nothing to do with him being a criminal. He is right after all, payment is better in Switzerland. And hey, for earning 4k in Switzerland you don’t need to be a criminal, so maybe he plans to improve himself with a legit job ;-).

    3. Yeah, honestly not surprised. And we are too lenient.

People that know how to behave deserve our support. We are far to strict here. But people we KNOW are bad people don’t deserve to take the spot of someone good.

I’ve worked with many lower-wage earners in Switzerland (specifically in the „Gastro“ branch) who come to Switzerland for specifically the reason to earn more money. In the past year alone, I have seen 2 Portuguese return to Portugal, 1 Spanish return to Spain, and 1 South American return to South America. Coming here without realistic expectations is setting oneself up for failure and disappointment.
