      This is part of their blatant voter suppression scheme. He wants to pass a law that you need a passport or your birth certificate to vote, knowing that it’s harder for poor people to get either.
      Don’t have your birth certificate? Can’t vote.
      Don’t have your passport? Again, can’t vote.
