  1. Political violence has to stop. You can vote, but you have no rights to kill an activist because of left-right differences.

Rich folk, when given a chance to speak out against the far right Nazis of the world will always stay neutral because it is in their interest to do so.

Looking at the article and doing some research , it seems the person who died was part of an extremist right wing group with nazi tendencies. Rip

  4. Comment section turning up to be the same cesspool as the previous one, sadly not surprised

Edit: the post on the europe sub which was removed and users were mass banned for promoting violence

  5. To be fair, a lot of the far-right rhetoric is very focused on violence against other ideologies, beliefs, races, or genders.

If they want to build a world in which they can be free to kick the shit out of others, they should also be prepared to get their shit kick out of themselves.

It’s disappointing to see people who would be outraged about this if it were an activist on their side, that are make jokes now

  7. Frustrating to see the legitimizing of hate groups like this as „activists“.

Dedicate your life to spreading hate? Don’t be surprised when you’re killed by somebody filled with the feeling you were trying to inspire.

  8. Horseshoe theory proves true once again, both are equally violent and destructive and have more in common than differences. Fuck every kind of extremism and murdering for political extremist visions. Both far right and far left are evil and destructive to a nation

  9. It says he was “providing security”, I’m curious what the circumstances are that led to this confrontation. It’s a bit odd for security to be the target of a political attack, so it seems like this may not really the case of an “activist” being killed or being killed for being an activist.

  10. People are focusing on the optics of this rather than the actual facts. I still don’t know if it was a lynching, or a brawl, or an execution. Was it planned? Did it just happen organically?

It’s fascinating that Le Monde managed to throw shade on Israel here even though Collectif Nemesis has nothing to do with Israel.

  13. Just to be clear, violence should never be the response to someone using their voice. That’s wrong. I may believe the world is a better place without him in it, but whoever did this should be held responsible and face full penalty under the law.

The far right always stokes violence but acts shocked when it gets turned on them…

“intensified tensions between France’s far-right and radical left”

    Interesting comparison

Congratulations you have made a martyr. The violent left as usual does not understand that the violent right is reactionary.
