It might not be who we are as a Nation but, it’s who Trump is as a person.
„Senator Katie Britt from Alabama also denounced the racist video, writing on X last Friday, “This content was rightfully removed, should have never been posted to begin with, and is not who we are as a nation.”
One CNN source said Trump slammed Britt, throwing out expletives, and said she was dead to him.“
Sure glad we didn’t elect an overly emotional woman. How embarrassing that would have been.
I guess it’s all about their job and being afraid of Trump’s base but really? Who, other than them, is scared of being “lashed out against” by an old man who falls asleep in meetings, lies all the time, has a vocabulary of a third grader and probably shits himself on a regular basis?
It’s amazing that he doesn’t have a PR consultant. A response of „I’m sorry. I watched the beginning of the video which I totally agree with and didn’t see the offensive part. Barrack and Michelle, I am sorry.“ would have ended the story. But no, every response from the Whitehouse only worsened the situation. I suspect the root problem is that Trump can’t ever admit to making a mistake, so every time he does, they have to go into attack mode. Plus, I suppose too, the video boosts Trumps racist creds.
I thought he never saw it, and never posted it?
The price of being Republican is your backbone.
Release the tapes.
Lovely.
Has Tim Scott been seen since he came out about it?
katie Britt is dead to him? Good. Then she will likely be inclined to vote for his removal when the impeachment articles come before the Senate.
A bigoted president should be the equivalent of a treasonous president. It’s in the name, The United States, NOT divided by biases.
Genuine question:
How many Republicans are desperate to leave their party, but are too afraid to? Perhaps because they or someone they love is being blackmailed.
Rule number one: Dear leader makes no mistakes
Rule number two: You are forbidden to suggest otherwise
And nobody seems to mention that even the most generous scenario is still the president posting a video that was a bunch wild conspiracies about voting and anti democratic propaganda.
Guilty as charged…he knew what he was doing and he expected republicans to support him.
Sickening that many did.
I’m waiting for a reporter to ask which accounts he actually has exclusive control over if this was posted by an aid.
He’s a pig
Trump is becoming more and more open about his racism. He doesn’t care what the public thinks, but Republicans know it will hurt them badly in the midterms.
Trump is on a racist agenda and if you are not with him, then he’s going to throw a man-child fit against you!
One Repub called it a lack of judgement on Trumps part. And I agreed, saying that they should apply this to every decision he makes. If you can’t determine whether a meme is inappropriate, then you certainly don’t have the faculties to determine really, really important stuff too.
They hated her laugh. But let’s be honest, has anyone ever heard him laugh before?
Trump 💩is a Demented Little man
„No one was fired“
Yeah, that’s because he posted it. I mean, why would he fire himself. Friggen racist.
Ah. So, publicly he takes no responsibility whatsoever, but privately he blames his allies for not coming to his aid to defend his dishonor. K.
Oh I forgot about that. The President of the United States shared a video of the Obamas as apes and it just went away. Poof! The kkk took my country away.
They gave the guy a second chance to be their president.
Cool so maybe they just stop supporting this used toilet paper and admit it sucks and we don’t want to dismantle our entire society to make billionaires into trillionaires and move on?
