Kinda surprised by Denmark tbf. Sure the geography of the mainland is not great for sports like skiing or snowboarding, but the Netherlands have a similar geography and they have plenty of medals

Australia’s first was the speed skater in 2002. They came into this Olympics with 6 winter golds and already have 3 more.
New Zealand’s first were the two they got four years ago. I did notice they had more qualifying big air snowboarders than the U.S. and Canada did this go-around.
