If they were *hunting* then it’s within the character of the sort of violent behaviour that 764 and similar are pushing for, and makes it more likely that such groups influenced the perpetrator. That would mean the threat of additional terrorist actions is still meaningfully high, despite the death of this particular perpetrator.
