What better way for Trump to create absolute fealty than by choosing his administration from a pool of candidates who can easily be blackmailed if they fall out of line.
That was one of the main reasons Trump hired them. He held it over their head so they would stay „loyal“ to him and now that it’s all coming out he’s doing everything he can to stop it. We’re going to find out a whole lot more and it’s guaranteed not to be good for us.
He wanted Gaetz as AG with his “indiscretions” too. Everyone in this administration is complicit, so they won’t stop the madness. It’s all by sick design.

You know things are weird when „half a dozen Trump officials show up in Epstein’s documents“ is somehow not even the most shocking thing in the news this week. It’s like someone opened a massive folder of Neal Caffrey’s loose ends and every season guest character suddenly has a LinkedIn connection to him. The degree of contact varies wildly, but just seeing the names pop up enough to fill a bingo card is a vibe.
It almost seems like he was put there in order to stop all this from coming out doesn’t it?
