What experience NATO does have is geared towards more traditional warfare, and not towards large scale drone warfare.

I am not saying NATO is not well trained or equipped, but I am just saying there is a difference between training and experience, especially when training is geared towards a doctrine that isnt as useful on the modern battlefield.
