A strange decision by the court.
You have two maps. One is a policy map and one is a building heights map. And the court thinks that the policy map trumps the building heights map, when it comes to the building height.
And what’s the appellants‘ end game anyway? Re-open a hotel right next to their houses? Or do they think that the owners will just be like „oh well“ and leave a site like that to rot…
