    1. It’s disappointing to see personal identity used as a political attack vector – especially when it shifts focus away from policy and toward divisive rhetoric that doesn’t actually inform voters about what the lawmaker stands for.

For those who will inevitably ask: The Advocate, where this story is from, is the oldest and most influential LGBTQ+ news outlet in the U.S.

That’s why her identity is included.

Name a better duo than a Jewish Vermont statewide politician and being called antisemitic when their opponent has no other shit to throw at the wall.

Then sat there and laughed and smirked at the Congresswoman’s distress when the Rep said her grandparent had been murdered in the Holocaust.

    5. So this hearing was an absolute disaster wasn’t it

All the things in reading about it…oof

    6. I, a Jewish American, have been called antisemitic so many times by so many white Christians in the past few years. Never by a Jew.

      Insane.

    7. We’ve been watching the American right – aided by right wing bigots like Jonathan Greenblatt at the ADL – declare that Jews who don’t fully support the government of Israel aren’t „real“ Jews.

A party ride with open neo-Nazis has become the one welding the barometer of who is or isn’t Jewish, but only based on their fealty to Netanyahu.

Pam Bondi is winning if these are the headlines and not the fact that she committed a crime and provably lied under oath.

The two women sitting behind Bondi were feeding her the Opo research the whole time, someone should identify them.

      The strategy is pretty clear:

My job is to shield Trump.

My job is also safe no matter how horrible I act.

Screaming, insulting, lying, saying outrageous bizarre lies…that all leads to headlines that take attention away from Trump’s vast and extensive involvement in a pedophile ring and her involvement in it’s coverup.

I was watching live when it happened. She actually had to leave the room because of how upset she was.

All of the Bondi testimony was disgusting, but this was really gross and out of line.

Balint asked Bondi if she had questioned Lutnick and other administration members who were in the Epstein files which, of course, Bondi wouldn’t answer. Later Balint misspoke and referred to Bondi as “Secretary”. Bondi corrected her saying that she is the Attorney General. Ms. Balint apologized adding, “I couldn’t tell.”

Pamela-joe Bondi will forever be known as a prime conspirator in covering up an international child sex abuse and trafficking ring.

It‘s amazing how people line up to destroy their lives for donald trump.

He will throw her away when it suits him. I hope whatever she got out of this was worth it.

I can’t wait for that skank Bondi to get her comeuppance in court and prison. She’s not just immature and incompetent, she is truly evil.

Pam Bondi is anti-semitic. SHE IS A YT SUPREMACIST!!! Representatives must challenge her on her antisemitic beliefs.

    16. Affectionate_Eye_601 on

While Pam Bondi has explicitly condemned groups like the KKK and neo-Nazis, her record includes several instances where she defended leaders or individuals associated with controversial rhetoric, as well as moments where she has been accused of using antisemitic tropes herself.

She needs smarter people writing her „burn book,“ because the only person she’s burning with this dumb shit is herself.

And not a single peep from the Bar.

If the profession as a whole does not condemn the most unprofessional behavior of any attorney general in the history of the country, and one of the least professional of any *attorney* generally then the profession aa a whole forfeits any respectability they might still cling to.

If disbarrment is not at least officially mentioned tomorrow then that is all the proof needed that they do not care about ethics or professional standards as a body.

    19. I am genuinely gobsmacked at how so many people think all of this is ok. Not one but if this is ok.

These headlines are the least helpful. It’s just name calling, and Republicans are ***excited*** about using bad names for people if it means you won’t run the important headline: „Bondi Lied Under Oath.“ „Bondi Is Running a Cover-up From the DOJ.“ „Bondi, the Head of the Department of Justice, Is Part of a Criminal Conspiracy.“

What’s more important: that she’s got a book full of targeted insults to throw at lawmakers, or that ***she is committing crimes for the White House at the head of the Department of Justice***? Get it together, Media.
