      UK has no say in this, it happened in Texas. Still fucking bullshit though.

      The story makes no sense. First the dad says he wouldn’t care if they get SA’d because he has other daughters. WTF. *Then* later the same day she *wants* to see a gun he has? And he happened to have it pointed at her, and it happened to go off accidentally? Horseshit.

      Just remember, guns dont kill people, people kill people. Except in this case where the gun „somehow accidently“ went off when it was pointed at her. This could have been avoided if she had remembered that guns are always loaded and not to stand in front of them. Obviously the father is the real victim here since hes a good guy with a gun! No way he could have done it.

      Jokes aside, this sort of stuff scares me. My mom is fime, but I have MAGA family. We stay away, but you can’t always do that.

      Such a poorly written title.

      As well even if the “gun went off by itself” (classic excuse) why do you have a fully loaded gun that’s not safetied in your bed side table. I’m not positive on Texas law but I feel like that’s not very lawful.

      Gross action from the court. Should be able to bring the charges up higher. He deserves manslaughter and neglect of a handgun

      This case is so absolutely mind boggling.

      Let’s assume the father is being completely truthful and didn’t intentionally shoot the daughter in a fit of rage.

      His story is he had been drinking and then negligently discharged his weapon accidentally killing his daughter. How is that not the literal definition of manslaughter?
