Interesting read. I like his advice on no dral being better than a bad deal, on CUSMA, which seems to be Carneys play. I also like his statement of pushing to develop the north by developing it and convincing people to move there. Huge tracts of empty land are only useful if you can get workers to them. Will be interesting to see what Canada can do over the next twenty years.
