Seems like these people are oathbreakers if nothing else. Kinda skeevy IMHO.
Like Eby said this is treasonous behaviour. How can these people look at the states and think they want to join that. They certainly wouldn’t be able to make it on their own so that would be their only option.
The title says „more than a dozen“, but you only have to make it as far as the first paragraph to find that the number is much higher:

That’s a whopping 40% of MLAs for the governing party. That’s disgusting.
Christian nationalists, seditionists, people who compare trans to cookies with shit in them, and all led by Marlaina, what a party to follow…..
It amazes me how many people want to either be a small landlocked country in between two massive nations that will be much stronger than them OR be a US territory with significantly fewer rights and representation than they have now.
At this point they ALL support separation unless they vehemently and unequivocally come out in opposition of it. Staying quiet is acceptance.
