      Seems like the real battle is over who controls access, not just who makes the drug.

      Can’t sue Canadian companies. There’s like 9 copycats undergoing certification right now because they forgot to renew the patent in Canada and it expired.

      Canada in turn will be popular with drug tourism and mail order
