Advent, FedEx, A&R, PPF und InPost haben sich auf eine bedingte Vereinbarung zum Kauf von 100 Prozent der InPost-Aktien zu einem Preis von 15,60 Euro pro Aktie geeinigt, sagte InPost in einer Erklärung. Die Transaktion soll in der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 2026 stattfinden. Laut Rafał Brzoska wird sie zur Expansion auf den europäischen Märkten beitragen.
